Wash your face. Towel dry your nose completely. Do Not Moisturize Nose prior to application! Adhesive will not stick to any oils.

Rip off the top of the package. Remove one of the individually wrapped nose strips from its wrapper. With dry fingers, remove the sticky paper and center the strip on your nose holding with two hands. Careful not to place it too high on the nose bridge, as this will be innefective. It should fit just on top of the flare of your nostrils. Squeeze and hold a few seconds. You should feel it working immediately when you release. If you are not getting the desired results form placement, you can try adjusting it up or down to your preference next time.
